摘　　要：有机化学课程是药学院双语专业的一门重要基础课程。文章根据教研室的的实际情况及有机化学课程的特点,分析了食品专业开展有机化学双语教学的意义,提出了食品专业有机化学课程双语教学的建设思路。Organic chemistry is an important basic course for bilingual professional in college of pharmacy. According to the actual situation of the Teaching and Research Section and the characteristics of organic chemistry course, the paper analyzes the significance of organic chemistry bilingual teaching in food specialty, and puts forward the construction ideas of bilingual teaching of organic chemistry course; also put forward the quantitative index of the formation of bilingual organic chemistry course.
