摘  要:参与式教学法在教学过程中把教师和学生置于主体地位,充分发挥了教师"教"和学生"学"两个主体的作用。文章研究了参与式教学法在大学有机化学实验教学中的实施过程及关键因素,设计了参与式教学法的模型,阐述了参与式教学法的具体案例。应用参与式实验教学法,激发了学生学习的积极性,学生的学习方式由"被动"转为"主动",实验过程由"单一的模仿"转为发现问题、分析问题、解决问题的综合过程,教师的教学方法由"教"转向"导",培养了学生主动探索、独立分析、大胆质疑的品质,学生的综合素质得到提升,实验课堂教学质量显著提高。In the participatory teaching approach,teachers and students are all put in the main positions in the teaching process. The approach fully realizes the functions of teachers ' teaching and students ' learning. This paper studies the implementation process and key factors of participatory teaching approach in organic chemical experiment teaching,designs the teaching model,and expounds the concrete case of participatory teaching approach. By applying the participatory teaching approach,students' enthusiasm will be aroused,and their learning method will be changed from " passive" to " active". Meanwhile,the experimental process will be no longer a process for " single copy ",but a comprehensive one which leads the students to " finding problems,analyzing problems and solving problems". Besides,teachers' teaching methods will be turned from " teaching" to " guide". It cultivates students many good qualities,such as exploration spirit,independent analyzing ability,and boldly questioned manner. In a word,the overall quality of students will be improved,and the quality of experimental teaching will also be improved significantly.
