摘　　要：目的 评估广泛性发育障碍（pervasive developmental disorders,PDDs）患儿多动、刻板、自伤、易激惹行为的发生情况.方法 使用异常行为量表（aberrant behavior checklist,ABC）、Conners多动指数问卷对符合精神障碍诊断和统计手册第四版（DSM-Ⅳ）诊断标准的138例PDDs患儿近一个月异常行为的发生情况进行评估.结果 （1） PDDs患儿1月内多动行为发生率为61.6％,刻板行为81.9％,自伤行为13.8％,易激惹行为58.7％;（2）孤独症的易激惹行为发生率高于阿斯伯格综合征（Asperger syndrome,AS）患儿（x2=5.623,P=0.018）.结论 刻板、多动和易激惹行为是PDDs患儿常见伴发的异常行为,孤独症患儿较AS患儿更易出现易激惹行为.Objective To evaluate the incidence of four aberrant behaviors in patients with pervasive developmental disorders （PDDs）.Methods The abnormal behaviors during the last month in 138 PDDs patients were assessed with Aberrant Behavior Checklist and Conners Index of Hyperactivity.Results The incidence of aberrant behaviors was 61.6% for hyperactivity,81.9% for stereotyped behaviors,13.77% for self-injury,and 58.70% for irritability in PDDs patients.The occurance of irritability in autism patients was higher than that of asperger syndrome （AS） patients （x2 =5.623,P=0.018）.Conclusion Stereotyped behaviors,hyperactivity and irritability are common in children with PDDs.Autism patients are more likely to exhibit irritability behaviors than AS patients.
