摘　　要：顶岗实习是将师范院校的优质资源调配到贫困地区学校的一项有益活动。它补充了农村师资力量的不足,提高了在校师范生的实习质量,实现了教育资源优化配置的互惠双赢。由于环境适应、角色转换及工作压力等问题,导致顶岗实习生出现一系列情绪波动,影响到教学效果及教育目标的达成。针对顶岗实习生在课堂教学中表现出的情绪问题,以案例的形式予以分析,探索适宜的课堂情绪调节策略,为以后顶岗实习培训提供参考。The in‐post teaching practice is an attempt to allocate the resources from teachers university to help poor and rural areas ,the purpose of w hich is improve the quality of rural education and achieve a win‐win result .Due to a lack of teaching experiences ,teaching skills ,and management ability ,plus heavy workload and tension ,the students are vulnerable to emotions .This article is ,therefore ,intended to provide with strategies targeting at the regulation of the inpost teaching practice and help the students concerned with their classroom tension and emotions .
