摘 要:教育启蒙是与教育培训相对应的一个学术词语,知识与能力的获取可能通过培训获得,观念与智慧的生成唯有通过启蒙。教育启蒙主要通过对教育观念的批判、解构与重建,引导人们超越已有习惯、经验和常识的羁绊,摆脱传统的负荷,走向理性与自由。启蒙不是"告知",任何人都没有权力为个体教师的发展规划蓝图,启蒙不是"给予",任何人都没有能力给个体教师的发展指明路径。启蒙就是发现,让教师在芸芸众生中发现那个独一无二的我,让他们在惊奇和震撼中,重新审视"陌生"的自我,进而重塑"新我"。Educational enlightenment is an academic vocabulary corresponding with education and training.Knowledge and ability may be obtained through training,but ideas and wisdom can only be formed through enlightenment.Educational enlightenment guide people to break the fetters of existing habits,experience and common sense,to get rid of the load of tradition and to tend towards rationality and freedom mainly through the criticism,deconstruction and reconstruction of education conception.Enlightenment is not to tell ,nobody has the power to plan a teacher's development.Enlighten-ment is not to give ,nobody is capable of indicating the way for a teacher's development.Enlightenment is to find,to let the teacher find the unique self in the mass,to review the strange self in surprise and shock,and thus to reshape the new self.
