摘　　要：中等职业学校青年教师企业实践项目是提高职业院校教师的专业技能水平和文化素养的重要载体,是加强"双师型"职教师资队伍的重要形式。江阴市人民医院作为护理专业的国培项目的实践基地,以"国培项目"为平台,积极实践和探索,在实施了三期项目中总结了宝贵的经验,取得了显著成效。The enterprise practice project of young teachers in secondary vocational schools is an important carrier to improve the teachers＇ professional skills and cultural quality, which is also an important form of strengthening the double-qualified teaching faculty. As a nursing professional practice base in the ＂national training program＂, Jiangyin People＇s Hospital actively practices and explores the approaches, and has gained valuable experience and achieved remarkable results in the implementation of three phases of the project.
