区属高职院校“三方合作,做学一体”人才培养模式的探索与实践——以苏州信息职业技术学院为例

摘　　要：区属高职院校的人才培养模式的构建,对于其服务区域经济社会发展,适应经济发展新常态,培养高素质技术技能人才,服务中小微企业发展和服务社区终身教育和文化事业发展,具有重要意义。苏州信息职业技术学院充分发挥地方政府在办学中的主导地位,调动企业参与人才培养的积极性,构建了"三方合作,做学一体"人才培养模式,对其他区属或县属高职院校发展起到借鉴作用。The construction of talent training great significance to the foliowing aspects： regional mode in regional higher vocational colleges is of economic and social development, adaptation to the economic development of the new normal, cultivation of high quality technical personnel, service for the development of small and micro enterprises and service for the community lifelong education and the development of cultural undertakings. Suzhou College of Information Technology gives full play to the leading position of local government in their school-running, mobilizes enterprises to actively participate in the talent training, constructs the talent training mode of ＂tripartite cooperation, work learning integration＂, which can be used as reference for the development of other regional higher vocational colleges.
