摘　　要：雷锋精神继承了我国优良的传统美德,是新时期大学生思想道德教育的生动素材,对高职院校培养崇德尚能人才具有深远意义。在校企合作背景下,高职院校能依托企业的资源优势,丰富德育的形式、内容和手段,充分发挥雷锋精神的育人效应,使教育与企业紧密融合,共同推进合作育人的模式发展。Lei Feng＇s spirit inherites the fine traditional virtue in China,which is the material of the ideological and moral education in the new period and has far- reaching significance to cultivate talents in higher vocational colleges.Under the background of university- enterprise cooperation,vocational colleges can rely on the resources advantage of the enterprise,enrich the forms,content and means of moral education,fully carry forward the lei Feng＇s spirit and make education closely integrate with the enterprise to promote the development of the cooperative education mode.
