摘 要:在学校场域内,学校效能研究的"唯结果化"倾向引导学校教育教学和管理工作误入盲目追求学生成绩和分数的歧途,致使学生学业失衡、负担过重。从优化学业负担的学校效能视角看,需要以学校领导效能、教师教学效能和学生学习效能为"引擎",凝聚优化学业负担的核心力、向心力和主动力,由此建构领导职能优化的创新型学校、师生个性凸显的学习型学校以及学校文化提升的伦理型学校来开拓学业负担优化的多元路径,彰显学校效能的"减负"意义。In the school field, school effectiveness research tendency of "only results " to guide school education teaching and management work into blind pursuit of the students' grades and scores astray, causing imbalance in the students' academic and burden.
