摘　　要：以国际通用的追溯标准为依托,从追溯信息标准化的角度,规范国内水产品可追溯体系的信息记录要求。通过借鉴和引入全新的追溯术语和定义,研究追溯信息的划分维度。并针对水产行业特点,从可操作性角度,建立水产品可追溯体系信息记录的方法和框架,规定水产品产业链各环节需具体记录的追溯信息。最后通过水产品追溯实例,验证标准的适用性。Based on the international standards on traceability, this paper regulates the information recording requirements of aquatic products traceability system of China from the perspective of traceability information standardization. By referring to and introducing new traceability terms and definitions, this paper studies the divided dimension of traceability information. It also proposes the method and framework of aquatic products traceability system from the operability perspective according to the characteristics of the aquatic industry. Finally, through a traceability case, it verifies the applicability of the standard on the information recording of aquatic products traceability.
