摘  要:高等职业院校要提高毕业生的核心竞争力,就要强化能力培养,完善实践教学标准,增加实践教学比重,深化实践教学方法改革,着力培养学生的创新精神和实践能力。但目前受校内实践场地、校外实训时间和"双师型"教师等问题的限制,现有的实训环节管理较为松散,缺乏有效性。在校企深度融合的基础上,借鉴传统"学徒制"和现代师徒制的优点,探索"双师徒"制实践教学模式,实行的多对一指导,校企双方共同制定实践培养方案,实行全过程跟踪控制和第三方考核机制,从而激发学生学习兴趣,提高实习效果。To improve the core competitiveness of graduates, higher vocational colleges should strengthen ability training, improve the practice teaching standard, increase the proportion of practice teaching, deepen practice teaching methodology reform and cultivate students" innovation spirit and practice ability. Due to the hindering conditions of on-campus practice space, off-campus practice time, and "dual" teaching stuff, the management of training has lots of room to get strengthened and effective. To stimulate interest and improve the practice result, on the basis of the traditional "apprenticeship" and "modem mentoring, a"double mentoring "practice teaching model is thus proposed, according to which schools and enterprises make joint practice plan. One student, put under the guidance of more than one teacher is all-the-way monitored and third-party appraisal is introduced.
