摘　　要：PSEUDOPHAKIC malignant glaucoma is diagnosedbased on the presence of a shallow or flat centraland peripheral anterior chamber in the presenceof patent iridectomy, with intraocular pressure（IOP） of 22 mm Hg or more after lens extraction andintraocular lens implantation.1 Pseudophakic malignantglaucoma is one of the most challenging complicationsfaced by surgeons. Initial medication includes topicalcycloplegics, osmotic agents.
