摘　　要：积极心理学是一种新型的心理学理念,主张通过人自身已有的优良品质来达到心理教育的作用。积极心理学理念下的高职生心理健康教育更是一种全新的、对高职生的发展更具积极作用的心理教育模式,通过激发和引导高职生的正面心理,预防心理创伤的出现,从而从根本上降低高职生的心理危害风险,以建立积极的人生价值取向。Positive psychology,a kind of new psychological concept,advocates achieving the effect of psychological education through one＇s positive psychological qualities.Based on positive psychology concepts,the mental health education model plays active role on the development of vocational college students＇ mental health.Inspired and guided by positive psychology,the students can establish a positive life values and avoid the occurrence of psychological damage so as to radically reduce the risk of psychological hazard to them.
