高职新生抑郁状况及其相关因素分析

摘　　要：目的:了解高职新生抑郁状况,为高职新生心理健康教育提供科学依据。方法 :对某高职院校全体新生4587人实施抑郁自评量表和学生基本信息调查。结果:高职新生中916人存在抑郁状况,占调查总人数的19,9%;新生抑郁状况存在于性别和家庭结构两因素上,差异具有统计学意义。其中,女生抑郁得分显著高于男生(t=5.09,P<0.05),非完整家庭的学生抑郁得分显著高于完整家庭的学生(t=2.17,P<0.05)。结论:高职新生抑郁状况较为普遍,其中性别和家庭结构是主要影响因素,学校应加强对高职新生的心理健康辅导,尤其要关注女生和非完整家庭的学生,帮助其缓解和改善抑郁情绪,提升其社会适应能力。Objective：The prevalence of depressive symptoms among vocational colloge freshmen was studied to provide a scientific reference for mental health education for vocational colloge freshmen.Method：4587 freshmen from a vocational colloge were collectively studied,using Self-rating Depression Scale to survey the prevalence of depressive symptoms among freshmen.Result：916freshmen（19.9%）were tested positive for depressive symptom;Significant difference in depressive symptoms existed between gender and family structure.Depressive symptom score among female students was significantly higher than that among male students（t=5.09,P〈0.05）,depressive symptom score among students from incomplete family was significantly higher than that from complete family（t=2.17,P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The study indicates that incidence rate of depressive symptoms among vocational institute freshmen was quite common,and the prevalence is influenced by two factors,including gender and family structure.Mental health education should be strengthen among vocational colloge freshmen,especially for the female and students from incomplete family,so as to eliminate their depressive symptoms and improve social adaptability.
