摘　　要：国内对现代学徒制的研究在基本界定上能够达成一致,但各专业具体操作中却不尽相同。高职院校酒店管理专业多年前就具备了现代学徒制雏形,研究如何破除在专业实践中所面临的诸多障碍,根据各校专业本身特色,在学徒制的框架之下探索更加适合自己的实践模式,对当今酒店管理专业发展有着极其重要的意义。The research on the modern apprenticeship system in China can reach agreement on the basic definition, but it is not the same in the operation in different specialties. Hotel management specialty of higher vocational colleges had the embryonic form of modern apprenticeship many years ago. It means a great deal for the development of today＇s hotel management professionals, that how to get rid of many of the obstacles faced in the professional practice, and how to explore more suitable practice models under the framework of apprenticeship according to the characteristics of professional itself.
