摘 要:作为专升本考试和执业医师资格考试必考科目之一的病理学,是一门重要的专业基础课和桥梁课,因此学好本课程至关重要。怎样评价学生的学习效果又是其关键所在,为了正确引导学生的学习方向,科学合理地评价教学效果,本文主要对传统的考试方式存在的问题进行分析,根据多年的探索和经验积累,提出更科学的考核改革,能客观、公平、公正的反映学生的学习情况,也是多数学生认可的一种学习效果评价模式。通过考核改革使学生的学习积极性和参与性得到明显的提高,值得研究和推广。As the one of compulsory subjects of examination and practicing doctors' qualifications examination, pathology is an important professional basic course and bridge course, therefore it is very important to learn this course. How to evaluate students' learning effect is the key, in order to correctly guide the student to study the direction of scientific and reasonable evaluation of teaching effect, this paper analyzed the problems existing in the traditional way of examination. According to many years of exploration and the accumulation of experience, we put forward a more scientific appraisal reform which can objectively reflect the students' learning situation, fair and just, and a learning effect evaluation model approved by the majority of students. Through examination reform, the students' learning enthusiasm and participation had been clearly improved, and was worthy of research and extension.
