摘  要:目的传统教学方法培养的临床医学生常常存在理论知识与应用需求脱节的现象,我们探索在外科学教学中应用基于PBL(Problembasedlearning)的情景模拟来解决这一问题。方法通过随机确定的三年制临床医学专业两个班用不同的方法教学,观察成绩对比和调查问卷分析结果差异。结果基于PBL的情景模拟相对于传统教学方法可以显著提高学生成绩,提升学生学习兴趣,增强学习动力,强化临床思维,训练临床工作能力,提升职业荣誉感和职业责任感。结论基于PBL的情景模拟与传统教学相比优势明显,值得大力推广。Objective Under traditional teaching methods, clinical students often have problems in theory and practicing after graduate,we tried to solve the problem by situation simulating based on problem based learning(PBL) in surgery teaching. Methods Two classes were randomly selected to use situation simulating based on PBL and traditional methods. The exam scores were compared, and prepare questionnaire survey was carried out to analyze the difference. Results Comparing with the traditional teaching methods, the situation sim-ulating based on PBL could improve the scores, increase learning interest, enhance learning motivation and clinical work ability, temper clinical mode, raise professional scene of honor and responsibility. Conclusion The situation simulating based on PBL has a lot more advantages over the traditional teaching methods.
