摘  要:为了探讨中西医结合神经病学研究生临床教学的方式、方法以及效果,本文结合郑州大学第一附属医院培养中西医结合神经病学研究生的独特经验进行分析,从课程设置、临床前培训、多种形式的教学等方面进行阐述。重点阐明了教学查房中以问题为中心教学方法的应用,这种方法能够促进中西医结合神经病学研究生掌握正确的学习方法并形成良好的习惯;同时在临床教学实践中强调中西医优势互补,并重视对临床问题的分析和总结。经过上述综合方法的临床教学,使中西医结合神经病学研究生在分析与解决问题方面有很大进步,取得了良好的临床教学效果。To investigate the ways, methods and results of clinical teaching for postgraduate students of neurology of integrated medicine,this paper analyzed the unique experience of the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University in training postgraduate students, de-scribed curriculum design, pre-job training and other forms of teaching, and expounded application of problem-based learning methods in teaching rounds. This approach can promote postgraduate students to master the correct learning method and form good habits, meanwhile pay attention to complementary advantages of integraed medicine in clinical teaching, and emphasize summary and analysis. Employing the above integrated approach, postgraduate students would make a great progress in analyzing and solving problems as well as have a sat-isfactory effect in clinical teaching.
