摘  要:目的:观察多媒体组合教学模式在中医外科学教学中的应用效果,探讨如何将现代多媒体技术和中医外科教学有机的结合。方法:选择2012级中医临床学院涉外班(57例)和妇产班(55例),2个班学生共112例学生作为研究对象,在2014—2015学年第1学期《中医外科学》开课之前,将中医临床学院涉外班57例确定为实验组、中医妇产班55例确定为对照组,实验组采用的教学模式为多媒体组合方式,对照组采用的教学模式为传统讲授法的方式。学期结束后以期末考试成绩和问卷调查为比较内容,问卷调查以匿名方式进行,对2组问卷评分进行比较。结果:理论考试成绩实验组优于对照组,有显著性差异。匿名问卷调查在重点突出、进度适中2项,2组无显著性差异;在学习兴趣,学习效率,自学能力,分析和解决问题能力,注意力集中,师生关系和课堂气氛、多媒体组合教学法是否欢迎和接受7项,实验组优于对照组;课堂笔记项,对照组优于实验组,具有显著性差异。结论:总体评价,多媒体组合教学方法可以明显提高教学效果,优于传统的讲授法。Objective:to observe the effect of Multimedia combination teaching design in Chinese medicine surgery teaching,to explore how to combine the modern multimedia technology and traditional Chinese Medicine surgery teaching organicly. Methods:the 2012 grade Chinese medicine under graduate students were study object. 112 students were divided into the class of Foreign class(57 people) and the Maternity class(55 people) before beginning teaching,The experimental group used multimedia combination teaching and The control group used traditional teaching.The questionnaire and the examination record were given to students at the end of semester,which would be compared in the 2 groups.Results:the examination record was better in the experimental group than the control group,there was significant difference.There was not difference in emphasis and schedule.In Interest in learning,learning efficiency,self-learning ability,ability to analyse and solve questions,attention,the relationship between teachers and students and the atmosphere in class,the Multimedia combination teaching will be accepted or not, the experimental group were better than that of the control group,with significant difference. But the class notes was better in the control group than the experimental group.Conclusion:The overall evaluation,the design method of multimedia combination teaching can improve the teaching effect greatly,which is superior to the traditional teaching method.
