基于语料库的《一件小事》英译本译者风格分析

摘　　要：基于语料库研究方式,通过自建小型语料库,对杨宪益戴乃迭夫妇、李明和Edgar Snow《一件小事》的英译本进行对比分析。采用定量和定性相结合的研究方法,利用语料库检索分析软件Wordsmith6.0分别对译本的类符/形符比、高频词汇、平均句长等进行检索,得出相关数据,最终对译者的风格进行比较分析。研究表明:三个译本在词汇层面上,均接近英语源语语料库,但同时又有差异:杨译本简洁流畅,用词范围较大;李译本书面程度较高,文学性较强;Edgar译本显化程度最明显,但词汇丰富度较低。The paper,through self-built small-scale corpus,comparatively analyzed three English versions of A Small Incident respectively translated by Yang Xianyi and Gladys Yang,Li Ming and Edgar Snow.Both quantitative and qualitative research methods were adopted and software Wordsmith6.0was applied to retrieve data from the perspectives of type token ratio,high frequency words,average sentence length,thus the translators′styles were compared and analyzed.The results show that though similarities exist at vocabulary level,there,meantime,are differences.Yang′s version is simpler with abundant words;Li′s more literary,while Edgar′s more explicit with little variation in vocabulary.
