社区教育课程的分析与建设策略

摘　　要：社区教育课程是社区居民教育的载体,是社区开展社区活动的基本依据,是有目的地指导学习者获得符合自身需求和社区特点的学习方案。文章分析了社区教育课程具有的特征,提出建设社区教育课程的策略,包括合理制定社区教育课程目标,遵守课程建设的基本原理和要求,加强网络课程的建设,加强专兼职教师队伍建设,强化课程的科学管理,开展社区教育课程的评审等。Community education curriculum is the carrier of residents＇ education. It is fundamental basis of community to carry out activities. It is a learning scheme with its aims to guide the learners to get what comforts to their needs and accords with the characteristics of community. This paper analyzes the features of community education and puts forward the strategies of the construction of its curriculum including establishing reasonable objectives, adhering to the basic principle and requirements, promoting the construction of network course, strengthening team construction of full-time and part-time teachers, intensifying scientific management and developing evaluation of community education curriculum, etc.
