全科型小学教师培养的实践与探讨——基于明远教师教育实验班的研究

摘　　要：本文在分析了全科型小学教师培养的必要性的基础上,对全科型小学教师的内涵进行了再探讨,并介绍了明远教师教育实验班培养小学全科教师的实践探索。最后探讨了全科型小学教师培养的相关理论问题:准入制度、培养目标定位、课程设置。Based on the analysis of necessity of the of all-disciplined primary teachers, this paper examines the connotation of alldisciplined primary teachers further, and then it introduces the practice of cultivating all-disciplined primary teachers in Mingyuan Educational Experimental Class. Finally, the paper discusses about relevant theoretical problems of cultivating all-disciplined primary teachers： admission system, setting cultivating goal, and curriculum arrangement.
