摘 要:文章构建了中小学校长信息化领导力自评量表,并以江苏省三市177位农村中小学校长为研究对象,对他们的信息化领导力提升现状进行了调查与分析。研究结果表明:中小学校长信息化领导力处于中等以上水平;校长信息化领导力与年龄、担任校长年限、最后学历、地域有一定的相关性,其中以担任校长年限7~9年的为最高,且与担任校长年限10年以上的有显著差异;与校长的个人信息技术素养、信息化建设与管理、信息化教研与评价三个因素显著相关;校长信息化领导个别项目得分普遍偏低,且有较大差异,需进一步加强提升。ICT leadership self-rating scale for elementary and secondary school headmasters was constructed in the paper, and was applied in 177 rural elementary and secondary school headmasters t^om three cities in Jiangsu province. The results shown that ICT leadership of the headmasters was on moderate above level, and has certain relevance with ICT leadership and age, fixed number of years being headmaster, highest academic degree obtained, region of school being in, respectively. The ICT leadership level was the highest who served as the headmaster for 7-9 years, and at the same time ,there was a significant difference between 7-9 years and more than 10 years serving as the headmaster. The results also shown that there was significant relevance among three factors including headmaster's personal ICT literacy, ICT construction and management, and ICT instruction, research and evaluation; and the score of some items wass generally low, and having greater difference between headmasters.
