摘　　要：当前翻转课堂本土化实践中出现的诸多问题都指向了课内与课外关系的处理,文章通过实证探究,对翻转课堂的关键到底是课内还是课外进行了求证。通过对比实验,文章发现"课外学习+课堂强化+课堂创新"的翻转课堂教学对学生的学习成绩、学习态度和学习兴趣的提升具有更显著的优势,并针对翻转课堂常态化实施的核心需求和问题进行了分析并提出了建议。It pointed to the problem that how to deal with the relationship between classroom and outside class in the local practice of the flipped classroom. The article discussed whether the key of the flipped classroom was in the class or out of class in the view of the empirical research. It found that a new model of instruction that was constituted by ＂learning out of class＋ strengthened in the class＋ innovating in the class＂ had a significant advantage in improving students＇ grades, learning attitude and learning interest through contrast experimental. At the end, the paper analyzed the core needs and gave some recommendations for implementing normalization of the flipped classroom.
