摘  要:师范生到民族地区实习支教既有利于提高师范生的教学能力,又有利于缓解民族地区师资紧缺的局面,但过程中面临很多困难,实习支教的目标很难达成。本文论述了实习支教政策意义的高远,列举了实习支教过程中师范生与当地学生语言不通、供需不协调、实习支教价值取向偏离的现实困境。提出通过开设民语课;统筹安排,形成"接力棒";做好必要的岗前培训;保证实习支教专业对口;加大内初班的培养力度等建议,以打破困境,提高实习支教的有效性。Teaching practice of normal students in the minority nationality areas is conducive to improve the teaching ability of normal students and to alleviate the shortage of teachers in minority nationality.However,the process is facing many difficulties,teaching practice is difficult to reach the goal.This article discusses the significance of teaching practice policy,cited practical difficulties of the process,such as normal students and local students have the language barrier,supply and demand mismatch and value orientation diverge of the teaching practice. In order to break the dilemma,to improve the effectiveness of teaching practice,this paper presents suggestions,such as the creation of the national language courses;coordination arrangements,forming "the abaton"; make the necessary pre-job training;ensure professional counterparts of teaching practice;mainland increase the intensity of junior high school.
