白云区景泰街社区教育工作者队伍建设实践研究

摘　　要：进入21世纪以来,我国社区教育工作者队伍的数量、专业能力有了一定的提高。但是,与新形势下社区教育工作的要求和社区教育应承担的任务相比,社区教育工作者队伍的总体数量、专业能力和结构组成还存在较大不足。针对广州市白云区景泰街道社区教育工作者队伍建设进行专门研究。在调查景泰街社区教育工作者队伍建设状况的基础上,针对其目前存在的主要问题,提出了提高社区教育管理者组织管理水平、加强专职社区教育教师队伍建设、扩充兼职社区教育教师队伍规模、加大社区教育志愿者队伍数量、优化社区教育工作者队伍结构、提升社区教育工作者素质、增强社区教育工作者队伍活力等建设措施。Since the 21st century, the quantity and professional ability of community education workers＇ team have been improved. However, compared with the mission of community education, the number of community education workers team, professional ability and structure are still insufficient. On reviewing the existing problems, this paper studies the condition of community education workers in Jingtai street, Baiyun district, Guangzhou city, and puts forward several suggestions on the team construction of community education worker, such as improving the organization and management level of community education, increasing the quantity of community education workers, improving the quality of community education workers, optimizing the structure of team, etc.
