摘　　要：随着国际劳务市场对劳动力素质的要求不断提高,劳动力需求的格局由普通体力型向高技能型转换,技术型劳务呈明显上升趋势。以昆明冶金高等专科学校学生境外就业的实践为例,分析高职院校毕业生境外就业存在的问题和原因,并提出促进高职院校学生境外就业的4条策略:高职院校应加大对学生境外就业的管理和重视;人才培养目标应与国际接轨;建立学生境外就业的指导机制;选择合法的、专业的境外就业中介机构。With the increasing demand for high-quality labor force in international labor market,the pattern for labor force has been transferred from physical workers to high-skilled personnel,and the demand for technology-oriented labors is obviously on the rise.Taking the practice of students' employment abroad in Kunming Metallurgy College as an example,this paper analyzes the problems and reasons of students' employment abroad and puts forward four strategies as follows:1.Strengthen and give more attention to management of students' employment abroad;2.Talent-cultivation object be in line with international standards;3.Build up guidance mechanism;4.Choose legitimate and professional intermediary.
