农村幼儿教师心理资本与流失意愿关系研究

摘　　要：通过对247名农村幼儿教师心理资本与流失意向进行问卷调查,结果发现:农村幼儿教师的流失意愿处于较高水平,心理资本处于中等水平;农村幼儿教师心理资本随年龄的增长、学历的提升、教龄的增加均有逐渐增强的趋势,而农村幼儿教师流失意愿随年龄的增长逐渐减弱、随学历的提升逐渐增强、随教龄的增加逐渐减弱;农村幼儿教师心理资本与流失意愿存在显著负相关关系。研究提示相关幼教管理部门应重视并提升农村幼儿教师的心理资本以降低其流失意愿。Questionnaires about the psychological capital and the loss intention were made among 247 rural kindergarten teachers. The results were as follows： The loss intention was at higher level, the psychological capital was at intermediate level; the psychological capital increased with age and educational background and teaching age. The loss intention increased with educational background, and decreased with age and teaching age; the psychological capital of rural kindergarten teachers was significantly negative correlated with the loss intention. Studies suggest that related education management department should think highly of improving rural kindergarten teachers＇ psychological capital level, to cut down loss intention of rural kindergarten teachers.
