摘 要:目的对一起副溶血性弧菌引起的食物中毒病原菌进行毒力基因及分子分型研究,明确传染源。方法参照WS 271—2007等标准,对食物中毒患者肛拭子和剩余食物进行致病菌分离,并对分离的可疑致病菌进行生化鉴定、毒力基因检测、血清学分型、脉冲场凝胶电泳(PFGE)和药敏试验。结果 16份来自患者的样本,1份来自食品龙虾的样本和1份盛装龙虾的容器涂抹物样本均检出O_3:K6血清型副溶血性弧菌。副溶血性弧菌毒力基因检测均为tdh阳性、trh阴性。PFGE分型显示,所有的菌株为高度相似克隆,相似度为100%。结论该起食物中毒事件为O_3:K6血清型副溶血性弧菌染污的龙虾所致。PFGE可有效应用于食物中毒溯源分析及分子流行病学研究。Objective To analyze the toxin genes and molecular genotype of Vibrio parahaemolyticus causing a food poisoning event,so as to ensure the infection source of this event. Methods According to WS 271—2007 and other standards,the isolation,biochemical,drug susceptibility test,serological identification,and virulence gene detection of Vibrio parahemolyticus strains isolated from swab anal and remaining suspect food samples were conducted. Results Vibrio parahemolyticus with O3: K6 was detected from 16 samples isolated from food poisoning patients and 1 sample isolated from lobster,1 sample isolated from receptacle. The isolated strains were negative for thermostable related hemolysin( trh) and positive for thermostable direct hemolysin gene( tdh). PFGE molecular tying showed that all of the strains were clones with 100% similarity. Conclusion This food poisoning event was caused by patients eating lobster contaminated by Vibrio parahemolyticus with serotype O3: K6.PFGE can be used in the source tracing and molecular epidemiological study of food poisoning.
