企业视域下高职学生就业素质的调查与分析

摘　　要：就业素质是影响高职学生就业质量的核心要素之一。对温州地区机械类行业企业进行访谈,结果表明,企业对高职学生就业素质的要求越来越多元化,高职学生就业素质与企业需求仍存在一定差距。为提高高职学生就业素质,高职院校应注重培养学生的学习和创新能力及良好的职业道德品质,增强社会适应能力,激发创业意识,培养创新精神。Employment quality is one of the key factors affecting vocational colleges students＇ employment. Interviews conducted in Wenzhou mechanical enterprises show that the requirement of enterprises for vocational college students＇ employment quality becomes more and more diversified, and there is still a certain gap between the enterprises＇ requirement and students＇ employment quality. In order to improve students＇ employment quality, voca- tional colleges should try to develop students＇ learning, and innovation ability and professional ethics, strengthening their adaptation to society, cultivating their awareness and spirit of innovation.
