摘　　要：基于网络的远程教育是社会发展的需要 ,它有着广阔的前景和市场 ,各级电大的教育工作者必须正视这一市场 ,充分利用已有的设备和师资 ,用最小的投资、最新的技术去占领市场 ,为社会的发展和进步作出电大人应有的贡献。The distance education based on the net is the necessity of the development of society. It also has a brilliant prospect and provides a vast market. The educators in TV university of all levels must look squarely at this market , and make fully use of their existing equipment and teachers , to occupy this market with the smallest investment and the newest technology, in order to make the due contribution of TV university man to the development and progress of the society .
