摘　　要：寄生虫是影响生食水产品食用安全的重要隐患之一。在水产食品安全国家标准修订以及江苏省即食生食动物性水产品地方标准制订过程中,为了形成与标准中涉及寄生虫指标相匹配的检验方法,开展了水产品中寄生虫检验方法的探索与研究,并通过验证确证,建立了相应的检验方法。Parasites are one of the important hidden trouble of raw edible safety of aquatic products. In aquatic national food safety standards revision and jiangsu ready-to-use raw animal aquatic products in the process of local standards, in order to match the indicators involved in the formation and standard parasites of inspection methods, carry out the parasites in the testing method of exploration and research of aquatic products, and the verification is confirmed, through which the corresponding inspection methods were established.
