摘 要:四川大学微生物学实验课程是生命科学学院重要的专业基础实验课程,该课程覆盖了全学院本科生,教学内容贴近生活并与其他专业必修课程相衔接。主讲老师由于精力和教学时间有限,在教学实践过程中容易出现实验条件优化、实验内容创新、网络课程中心利用等不足,有可能出现不能够完全做到考核公平公正的现象。因此,四川大学实行研究生助教制度,利用博士、硕士研究生进行辅助教学,维护课程中心网站,担任老师和学生的沟通桥梁,完善教学方法和考核方式。同时,研究生助教在教学实践过程中不仅能提高自身语言表达能力、逻辑思维能力,还能锻炼自身的组织教学能力。Sichuan university microbiology course is an important professional basic experimental course of college of life science, which has various characteristics such as covering the whole college students, teaching content close to life, and linking up other professional obligatory courses. Because of limited hours and energy, teachers may have some shortages in experimental content optimization, experimental innovation, and network course center utilization.Furthermore, they can't make sure that the assessments are fair and equity enough in their teaching practice.Therefore, Sichuan university leadership implement graduate teaching assistant system, hiring doctor and master graduate students assist teacher's teaching, maintaining network course center. Moreover, the graduate students can act as a communication bridge between teachers and students, and improving teaching method and assessment mode.Meanwhile, through teaching practice, graduate teaching assistant can enhance their language skills and logical thinking ability.
