特朗普制视角下省属师范院校师范生培养方式研究

摘　　要：在对中部某省的一所省部共建师范院校大三学生课堂行为表现以及课余时间利用状况进行调查的基础上,提出在师范生培养方式中融入特朗普制进行教学的设想,并开展了实际的教学实验,收到了良好的教学效果,证明了特朗普制在师范生培养方式方面有着积极的意义。Based on the investigation of the classroom behaviors and extra-curriculum activities of the third year college students from a normal college which is co-construction of province with the ministries of central government in a central province of China, an idea of integrating Trump normal into the cultivating method for normal school students is proposed in this paper, and teaching experi- ments were carried out, which resulted in a good effect, proving that the Trump system has positive meaning for normal school student cultivation.
