摘 要:顶岗实习是高职院校工学结合人才培养的重要环节。"小企业大集群"的产业背景下,人力资源外包具有广阔的市场需求,而外包策略集聚同类企业类似资源要素的同时,将原本分散在各个中小企业的实习岗位,通过时空上的叠加形成一定规模的比较稳定的实习岗位,更好地满足高职院校的育人要求,提高顶岗实习的教育质量。因此构建基于人力资源外包的高职教育顶岗实习模式,可以有效解决目前高职院校顶岗实习存在的问题,为高职院校创新顶岗实习的方法体系提供有益的借鉴。具体操作时,可以分别以学校、企业和第三方为主体,构建三种类型的外包式顶岗实习模式。The internship is an important section during work-integrated personnel training of higher vocational colleges. The human resource outsoureing (HRO) strategy can be used to set up a creative internship mode based on it because it exists widely in regional economies with the industrial structure of big clusters of small enterprises. The proposed mode could produce certain scale internship quarters and supplies real production and operation activities for college students to get effective training because outsourcing strategies aggregate similar resource elements from similar enterprises to superpose scattering positions for internship on space-time. The internship mode based on human resourcing outsourcing was proved to break through the predicaments which higher vocational colleges are confronted with nowadays. It is hoped that the research involved in this paper could provide quotable experience for establishing the system to create higher vocational internship method. During practical work, three types of internship mode based on HRO can be carried out with different main bodies, i.e., with colleges as the main body, with enterprises as the main body, and with some third parties as the main body respectively.
