现代学徒制的实践与探索——以百果园学院为例

摘　　要：当前新的经济运行背景下,招工难成为制约企业发展的关键问题。本文以校企合作共建百果园学院为例,对"双主体办学、以企业为主导"实施现代学徒制的模式进行有效探索和实践,较好地解决了企业招工难、选人育人成本高、人员流失率高、用工成本高等人力资源方面的问题,并对组建企业大学提出了对策和途径。Under the new economic situation, the human resource management of enterprises is facing with many problems, especially in recruiting practical employees. This paper presents the experimental practices of Baiguoyuan University in building modem apprenticeship systems. According to our analysis, the implementation of this modem apprenticeship system has the potential to solve the enterprise recruitment difficulties, to help reduce high cost of candidate education, to effectively deal with the turnover issues, and to lower labor costs. We finally provide some suggestions on how to build a corporate university.
