摘 要:目的探讨以提高护理专业本科生职业胜任力为核心的教学改革效果。方法将2011级护理专业本科生81人为对照组,采取传统教学模式进行专业课程教学;2012级护理专业本科生110人为观察组,分别从教学大纲、教学内容、教学模式进行以提高护生职业胜任力为核心的专业课程教学改革。采用护士职业胜任力评价表、批判性思维能力测评表和医学教育环境测量表进行效果评价。结果实习前,观察组职业胜任力水平、批判性思维能力及对医学教育环境的总体感受显著高于对照组(均P<0.01)。结论以职业胜任力为导向的教学改革可改善医学教育环境,有利于提高护理专业本科生的职业胜任力及批判性思维能力,适应社会需求,受到学生认可。Objective To study the effect of nursing curriculum teaching reform oriented to improve career competency for baccalaureate nursing students.Methods Eighty-one baccalaureate nursing students enrolled in 2011 were allocated into a control group,who was taught using the traditional teaching model;the other 110 baccalaureate nursing students enrolled in 2012 were allocated into an observation group,who received career competency-oriented teaching by reforming the teaching program,teaching content and teaching model.Nurse Career Competency Scale,California Critical Thinking Disposition Inventory(CCTDI),Dundee Ready Education Environment Measure(DREEM)were utilized to evaluate the effect of the reform.Results Before clinical intership,career competency,critical thinking ability and the overall feeling of medical education environment for students in the observation group were significantly higher than others in the control group(P〈0.01 for all).Conclusion The career competency-oriented teaching reform improves medical education environment,it is helpful to enhance career competency and critical thinking ability for baccalaureate nursing students to meet social needs,and it is recognized by students.
