职业院校体育选项课教学改革模式研究

摘　　要：随着职业院校教育改革的进一步深入发展，体育课程教学的改革也受到众多学校的重视。传统的“一刀切”教学模式已经不能适应时代以及新时期社会对人才培养的需求，而实施体育选项课教学有利于改变传统体育教学模式的弊端。笔者经过对我省部分职业院校体育课程教学现状的调查分析，通过体育选项课教学模式与传统体育课程教学模式的对比和研究，提出在职业院校实施体育选项课教学的建议。With further development of vocational education reform, the reform of physical education teaching has been paid attention to in numerous colleges. Traditional＂ one size fits all＂ teaching mode has already not fit to the social requirements and demands of talents training in the new period, while implementation of the teaching mode of selected physical education course is helpful to change the disadvantages of the traditional teaching mode. With investigation and analysis of present situation of sports curriculum teaching in Shaanxi Vocational colleges, comparison the traditional teaching mode with the teaching mode of selected physical education course, it turns out that selected PE teaching mode should be recommended in higher vocational colleges.
