关于大学青年教师教学学术水平的思考

摘　　要：国内外学者分别从不同的视角对教学学术的内涵进行了解读,对教学学术发展阶段进行了划分。在这些基本理论研究的基础上,从管理者和教师视角提出两个方面都应为大学教学学术的发展进行相应的变革,实现青年教师教学学术的发展。The ethic of scholarship of teaching and learning was defined and different developing processes of scholarship of teaching and learning were put forward by scholars at home and aboard.Based on the theory research above,advices were pointed out to promote young university teachers＇ scholarship of teaching and learning from the view of administrators and university teachers.
