摘  要:从整体来看,我国课堂仍然是标准化课堂,缺乏对学生个性的关照。根据知识观转型和个性理论,个性课堂应综合关注知识的建构性、境遇性、个体性和默会性,充分把握个性的独特性、社会性、主体性和创造性特点。在具体实践中,要创设安全自由的个性课堂氛围,创新丰富的课堂教学组织形式,形成独特的教师个性,树立个性发展的课堂评价观以及充分合理利用现代信息技术。On the whole,there was still standardized class which lacked of concern for students' individuality.On the basis of the transformation of knowledge views and personality theory,the paper criticized the standardized class and proposed the concept of individuality class.It focused on the constructiveness,situation,individuality and tacit knowledge,and grasped the specificity,sociality,subjectivity and creativity of individuality.In the specific implementation process,it should create the safe and relaxed atmosphere as well as employ innovative teaching strategies in the class so as to form the unique individuality of teachers,build the individuality development view of class assessment and make full use of the modern information technology.
