摘　　要："以能力求生存",具有一定的职业能力是高职学生就业的试金石,也是社会发展对学生提出了更高的要求,本文通过对高职学生职业能力的细化和内涵的理解,及职业能力培养存在的问题分析,提出了提高高职学生职业能力的策略。＂To make a living with competence＂,possessing certain professional ability is a touchstone for vocational college students waiting to be employed,and it is also a higher demand of the developing society on students,this paper elaborated the connotation of ocational college students＇ professional skills and analyzed the problems in the cultivation od professional skills,and put forward the strategies to improve higher vocational college students＇ professional ability.
