摘　　要：运用系统论、矛盾论、利益相关者论等学说的主要观点,阐明通过职业教育模式改革,探索高职院校内涵发展之道,同时分析了实现内涵发展目标的一些有效路径:办学模式改革以职教集团为平台、培养模式改革以课程建设为核心、教学模式改革以服务学生为中心、评价模式改革以校内评价为重点。This paper applies the main points of the systematic theory, the contradiction theory and the stakeholder theory to explore the connotation development of higher vocational colleges, and analyzes some effective methods to realize the connotation development goal： the reform of school-running mode is based on the Vocational Education Group; the training mode reform takes the curriculum construction as the core; the reform of the teaching mode revolves around serving students and the reform of the evaluation mode focuses on school evaluation.
