摘 要:随着教师流动的深入发展,我国现有的教师流动制度逐渐暴露出一些问题,主要包括正式制度宰治、制度功能异化和制度伦理遮蔽。针对这些问题,我国教师流动制度走出困局的出路在于,重视并充分发挥教师流动非正式制度的作用,实现教师流动正式制度和非正式制度的深度融合;恢复教师发展在教师流动制度功能实现中的本体地位,以教师需要和教师解放为核心设计教师流动制度功能的实现机制;确保教师流动制度公共利益的实现并彰显制度的人文关怀。With the further development of teacher shift, our country's teacher shift institution has gradually revealed some problems, including the rule of formal institution, alienation of institution function and the shelter of the institutional ethics. The way out of the dilemma of the teacher shift institution is that we should give full play to the role of the informal institution of teacher shift and realize the integration of the formal institution and informal institution. We shall restore the ontological position of teacher development in the realization of the function of teacher shift institution, and the function realization mechanism of teacher shift institution is designed to take the teachers' needs and the teachers' liberation as the core. We should make sure that we can realize the public interest of teacher shift institution and show the humanistic care to the system.
