摘 要:本研究运用问卷和访谈的方法,从校长领导力和学生成就维度对校长职业动机(career motivation)与学生参与度(engagement)之间的关系进行研究。研究发现,在校长内在职业动机强的学校,学生的认同感(identification)和参与度(participation)较高。其中,管理与领导理念、学校文化、教师质量、处理学生关系的方式等可能是二者的中介变量。研究表明,内在职业动机对学生认同感与参与度有积极影响,通过合理方式选拔校长对提升学生认同感与参与度有益。为此,须采取相应措施激励校长的内在职业动机,以促进其对学生的积极影响。The study tried to choose one aspect of principal leadership and student achievement, i.e. principal career motivation and student engagement, using survey and interview to explore their relationship. It is demonstrated that the higher level of principal intrinsic career motivation reach, the higher level of student identification and participation will be. Moreover, the leadership concept, school culture, teacher quality and the way the principal deals with student may be the mediators between them. It is suggested that principal intrinsic career motivation may have positive effects on student identification and participation, and selecting principal in reasonable means may be beneficial to improving the student identification and participation. Suggestions are put forward to encourage orincioal intrinsic career motivation through better ways in order to have positive influences on students.
