摘 要:在英语教学中,有些非英语专业大学生由于自身基础薄弱或学习方法不当,更易产生焦虑感,进而对学习兴趣、学习成绩造成影响。一些学者研究表明,非英语专业大学生学习焦虑感与其英语学习成效呈现负相关关系。焦虑感的产生有学生本身的原因,也会受到教师、教材、同学等多种因素的影响,这是一个多维复杂的过程,并非一个因素单独作用的结果。该文介绍学习焦虑感的研究进展,分析焦虑感的产生原因,提出降低或消除焦虑感的应对策略,进而提高学习效率。The improper learning methodology and the weak foundation lead to anxiety among some non- English major college students, which in return, adversely affect their learning interest and eventual achievements. According to scholar's research, there is negative correlation between college students' learning anxiety and its learning outcome. Several reasons may lead to anxiety including:students them- selves and fellow peers, teachers, textbooks. The triggering factor is a multidimensional complex process instead of a single action. In order to improve students' learning efficiency, this article introduces the re- search progress of the learning anxiety, analyzes the causes of the anxiety, and brings about corresponding methodology to reduce and eliminate such anxiety.
