摘  要:目前,法学专业课程的教学多数情况下采取独任制。一方面,自成一体的教学模式和单一的教学手段、相对狭窄的知识视野难以满足学生的需要;另一方面,科研活动的开展限于单打独斗又明显的力不从心难有大的作为。因此,在现有的条件下有意识的培养和促成法学教学团队的形成尤为必要。文章对法学专业教学团队建设应具备的要素及保障机制及我院整体发展目标规划背景下法学专业教学机制的创新进行了探讨。At present,the teaching system of the legal science specialized curriculum mostly take cases alone. On the one hand,its teaching mode,single teaching method and relatively narrow knowledge are difficult to meet the needs of students. On the other hand,the scientific research development is limited to be operated alone and difficult to have an obviously promising future. Therefore,under the existing condition,consciously cultivating and contributing to the formation of the teaching team of law is necessary. This paper first discusses the legal science specialized teaching team construction should have the well equipped elements and the safeguard mechanism,then under the background of our overall development goal programming,the innovation of the legal science specialized teaching mechanism is discussed.
