摘　　要：本科生导师制是国内各高校广泛采用的本科生培养制度,目标是解决生师比增大和教育与育人背离的问题。中北大学仪器与电子学院在多年试行本科生导师制的基础上,推进本科生全员导师制,为本科生参与科研创造机会。以制度创新改进人才培养模式改革,通过优化教育组织方式,提高本科生小组学习和师生互动质量。Tutorial system for undergraduates,with the goal to improve the condition of fewer teachers and more students and solve deviation of education and cultivation,has been widely implemented in North University of China for many years. Relying on research team,school of instrument and electronics is trying their best to promote the tutorial system for undergraduates and create opportunities for students to participate in scientific research. Thus,by optimizing the education organization,improving the personnel training mode reform with innovation,the quality of the student group learning and the interaction between teachers and students can be improved.
