试论聋人大学生网络自主学习环境建设

摘　　要：为了促进聋生自主学习习惯的养成,构建适用于我国聋人大学生的网络自主学习环境,文章在分析网络自主学习环境特征和构成要素的基础上,指出我国聋生网络自主学习环境存在偏重硬件投入、人文气息不强、缺乏教师科学指导等问题。最后,从网络服务平台、特教教师培训、学习评价机制等方面提出加强聋生网络自主学习环境建设的对策建议。At first, we analyze the features and elements of web autonomous learning environment. After that, we point out that there are some issues on web based autonomous learning environment construction in china, like overweighting hardware investment, cultural atmosphere is weak, lack of the teachers guidance and so on. In the end, we proved four points of countermeasures in order to aid the implementation of hearing-impaired undergraduates＇ autonomous learning.
