高校体育教师的师德现状调查及对策研究

摘　　要：对高校体育教师的师德现状进行调查显示:当前高校体育教师的师德表现并不是非乐观,很多大学生对于高校体育教师的师德表现均不满意;高校体育教师参加的体育培训次数很少,且培训质量不高。提出的建议主要包括:增强自律,提高自身师德;自我研修,提高师德修养;定期培训,提高师德修养。The survey shows that the PE teachers＇morality is not optimistic in colleges and universities. Many college students are not satisfied with the teachers＇ morality. The number of PE teachers is very low, and the training quality is not high in colleges and universities. The main suggestions are to strengthen self-discipline, improve their own morality, improve self training, improve the teachers＂ mo- rality, do regular training and improve the teachers＇morality.
