摘  要:采用摇瓶培养的方法,以菌丝生物量和菌丝DNA含量为指标,检查不同浓度的赤霉素(GA)、二氯苯氧乙酸(2,4-D)、玉米素(Zeatin)、萘乙酸(NAA)添加到PDB基质中对刺芹侧耳(Pleurotus eryngii,菌株XH)和金针菇(Flammulina velutipes,菌株G1和F29)菌丝生长的影响。结果表明,在实验设置浓度范围内,适当浓度的GA和2,4-D对三种菌丝生长有正向和负向的明显刺激作用,NAA对三种菌丝的生长有负向强烈刺激作用,Zeatin对菌丝生长的作用不明显。The effects of different concentrations of gibberellin (GA), dichlorophenoxyacetic acid (2,4-D), N,6-isopentenyladenine (zeatin) and naphthylacetic acid (NAA) on the production and DNA content of Pleurotus eryngii (strain XH) and Flammulina velutipes (strains G1 and F29) mycelia grown in submerged culture E100 mL potato dextrose broth in 250 mL conical flasks incubated with shaking (120 r/min) at 25 ℃ for eight days], were determined. Increased mycelia biomass production was observed with some concentrations of GA, 2,4-D and zeatin although the effects varied with the fungal strain, whereas NAA was inhibitory. For example, supplementation of cultures with 0. 005% GA increased mycelial biomass production in the case of G1 and XH strains (172% and 144%, respectively compared with controls) whereas growth of F29 was unaffected. Conversely, 0. 001% 2,4-D increased F29 and XH biomass production (164% and 154%, respectively compared with controls) but had no effect on the growth of G1. Mycelial DNA content also varied with the level of plant hormone supplementation but no clear patterns were evident.
